Well as the year draws to a close what do you have planned for the last few hours of 2013?
Me I will be spending the night home alone, now for some that might sound like a sad thing but for me it is a bloody great thing I do love my own company. Kelli & Daemon are headed to Jessica’s for the night they are having a movie night with the boys, the boys being Blain, Leo and Daemon. Tim is at work again and won’t be home till late not sure how late but I reckon I will be in bed by the time he gets home.
It has been a number of years since I have seen in the New Year; I really just can’t see the point in forcing myself to stay awake longer than I want to.
So for me the best New Year’s Eve is the one spent home alone watching telly and going to be when I am tired.

We actually saw the New Year this year. Most years we just go to bed too but this year we were with family and had more incentive to stay awake. Too bad I only slept 5 hours after staying up late 😦
Yeah I think if we are surrounded by family and or friends than we are more likely to want to stay up and see in the new year.
